I have lost my sacrifice heart. Will I always lose two skill points？

I reached chapter 4 before completing the Sacrificial Heart mission. I found a way to go back to the past history in Chapter 3, but I lost my intention to use Sacrificial Heart in Chapter 5. I can't regain Sacrificial Heart by killing monsters now， Will I always lose two skill points？
