POE2 Early Access Supporter Pack - MENA Upgrade Steam

So I have bought Buy Path of Exile 2 - Path of Exile 2 Early Access Supporter Pack for 14.99 USD, I live in Turkey.

I now want to upgrade my supporter pack to Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack as I've found the game to be perfect! However the price for upgrade is given as 30 USD in the game and at the website. I can buy the full pack from steam for 26.99 USD which is cheaper than upgrading it.

My questions are:

- Will it be possible in the future to upgrade the Early Access Supporter Pack from steam for the MENA price?

- What would happen if I have also bought full Buy Path of Exile 2 - Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack for 26.99 USD from steam instead of upgrading it? Would I still get the 600 points and other disclosed items or would it cause a problem as I would have 2 Early Access keys?

I bought the early access supporter pack and paid the extra $20 ... how do I redeem it with Steam so I can access the items?

I had the basic $14 supporter pack. After playing for a while I found out that I am gonna need more coins for stash etc. I bought $45 pack as a second purchase on steam and it gave me 1k points, skins and stuff.

so i also live in Turkey, and first i got 15$ basic supporter pack, and 3 days ago i decided to get more points and stuff, so i bought two other supporter packs from steam, but still didn't get any points or cosmetics. i've written to support, but they didn't answer as well. Desperately waiting...
