Controlled Destruction / Incinerate inconsistent description.

Controlled Destruction specifically states that it only works for spells that *hit*. And it can't be used with flame wall, because it doesn't hit. Which makes sense.
However, it is a recommended support gem, and it can be used with incinerate. Nowhere in the description or key words of incinerate is it stated that it *hits*. In fact, it is said that it does damage with *ignite*, not *hits*.

So, Controlled Destruction can't be used with flame wall that doesn't hit, but applies ignite, but it can be used with Incinerate, which also doesn't hit and applies ignite.
