cant use map device, cant teleport to Ziggurat refuge

after i finished the game cant teleport back to Ziggurat refuge. Earlier coulnt access map device. Now when i press on the town(endgame> Ziggurat refuge) it just does nothing. Tried to kill Doryani again, didnt help. Please fix, I cant access endgame ...Tried changed servers,relog, everything, nothing helped

Did you try teleporting to "Present" Ziggurat Encampment?
When this happened to a friend doing that took them to the refuge and they were able to start one map then use their own at hideouts.

I logged off for the night yesterday at Ziggurat Refuge. When I got back into the game, I was in Ziggurat Refuge. I went to do a trial of the sekhemas, and now I can't go back to Ziggurat Refuge. Did my account get bugged ??? Can anybody help me with this issue ??? the only ziggurat encampment on my map is (past), (present) is not there.


My problem is fixed. I didn't find ziggurat encampment(present), but I am able to go to ziggurat encampment(past). I started walking around and went down the stairs and was able to get back to ziggurat refuge.
