Ascendency chest Bugged/ No ascendancy points rewarded at end of 2nd trial

Finished my second Trial run today at level 30, at the conclusion of both runs the stash chest is broken and the quick deposit button (using controller at this time but doubt it makes a difference) just causes the item to drop on the ground (The action even says press Y to drop, not to stash)

additionally, after completion of my second trial, it didn't award any ascendancy points, which i MAY be missing something ? ( like idk maybe i ran the first tier of it again and dont have access to the second trial yet? idk? ) Just figured id toss in a thread- as if nothing else the chest definitely is bugged

i cant even start the ascendancy im not getting the quest item and obilsk thinks i have it

Yesterday I did "Trial of the Sekhemas" for the second time (I have already ascended Mercenary Witch Hunter and went to get more points for this ascension.
I came across one trial that indicated that I would take physical damage after opening a chest. But I finished the whole trial, including the last boss, with about 19 honor points left. I forgot about Disadvantage and opened a silver chest thinking the trial was over, at which point it gave me physical damage and ended the trial. I didn't get any points or rewards. Is this normal or did I run into some unresolved issue?

You can't imagine my anxiety when I barely survived the last boss with very little honor and then my trial ends the chest at the end of the trial :D

Hey same here. Did my second trial of the sekhemas, but i didnt get the additional room nor did i get ascendancy points. Would have been nice to get my second ascendancy :) pls fix :)

I can say I completely cleared the second time , made it to the end , opened the chests , spoke to the box, but couldn’t interact with the altar and was given no points for ascendancy so no weird one off things happened for me just didn’t get the reward of points

After re reading on my break at work, just realize it auto corrected spoke to the NPC to I spoke to the box. But yeah.

With a little reading I believe I’m in act two still and for some reason got a trial token to re run trial 1 (I can say it was the same basic thing as the first time I ran it so that makes sense ) , from what I saw some others saying , you have to get to act 3 to run the next tier up? If that’s accurate , I either missed or it wasn’t explained that you can get the item to re run the first trial multiple times for no real reason I have ascertained . That’s a bit confusing and should probably be explained in game somewhere a bit more clearly.

To expand a little further on this , I am now a little bit into act 3, around level 50 (maybe 48?) and I have the item for the chaos trials (which you can’t bank for some reason, and I get absolutely nuked in them) and while I was trying to farm some stuff to give chaos another run, I got another trials of sekema run item. I completed this trial this AM , which I presumed could only be the “2nd tier” of that trial run, as (maybe my memory is faulty) it seemed to have more rooms to have to progress through prior to reaching the boss.

I was disappointed to come to the realization after running the trial again that I still haven’t gotten my second ascendancy point set , and have no idea how you’re supposed to “be able to level your ascendancy through multiple different trials by completing the next tier difficulty”

All the talk about having multiple routes to get your points and here I am nearly through the whole first run of the campaign that was released to us, and the only thing ascendancy wise I have accomplished is locking myself out of spirit skills with the first 2 points, not having enough gold to try and respec my character / upgrade my character with such a game changing alteration from the first trial, and the running the first tier on repeat because it’s apparently the only tier that’s gunna drop through the whole first play through ?

Would really be helpful to get a better understanding of how the heck ascendancy trials and whatnot work/ breakpoints - and would be nice for it to not keep dropping the item to run tier 1 after you completed it . It makes no sense pacing wise to give you 2 asc points (just enough to tease you with the relevant later abilities on your next trial ) and then keep giving you the item to do the same trial over several times with no indication of how to do the next tier of the trial and continue to progress the ascendancy
