gas grenade explasion damage nerf

i can understand gas arrow's explosion damage nerf because it has NO CD, however gas grenade DOES HAVE A CD.
that is all, that's the feedback. why are gas arrows doing so much damage with no cd but gas grenades have a cd and only have ever so slightly higher % damage?
