Visual bug with enemies - Black rain

Since about act 3, I see enemies with some kind of rain on them or visual bug that appears and disappears. It seems to happen when they are closer to my character. Seeing them fully defined in the distance but covered by a black rain when they come closer to attack me.

Do you happen to have overwhelming presence on?

" Thank you very much, it was just that. I had noticed that with a new character that effect didn't appear and I checked the aura issue. I don't understand why there is no debuff on the enemies indicating that they are suffering that effect, but ok. |

OMG thank you for this! I figured I had a bad graphics driver or some such. The visuals in POE2 are stunning except for overwhelming presence. It looks absolutely terrible. Hopefully it's just a placeholder graphic.
