Trials of Sekhemas - Relic Map and Death in Trials

I played the Trial of Sekhemas today, and a couple of things I ran into, after doing 2 runs within the trials by the 3rd one when going to pick what trial the selection screen was blank.

Also when failing the trial I am unable to do anything it is stuck on "Trial of Sekhemas Failed"
