Viper Boss stuck behind sheild wall. Hardlocked my character

After the boss's phase where she hovers and causes various ground explosions she landed outside the shield wall. She's just sitting there occasionally attacking but dealing no damage, nor can I deal damage to her. My character is hardlocked here because the game is saving my progress and when I relog im still in the bugged instance. Good to hear it's not a hardlock... got kinda scared for a second. I wonder if I could play a second character and have the other characters instance die.

You can return to checkpoint at any time from the escape menu.
