Energy Shield Recovery 0/0 for Monk - Resolved

Keeping the original below for others -- but the issue is not a Bug. My issue was I had to read more carefully the passive skill "Eternal Youth."

I've been playing for several hours with no interruption. In Act 2, Path of Mourning while fighting the mobs the shield recovery vanishes. I've re-equipped items and unslotted my latest gem change with no solution. I have attached screenshots for reference to my current gear and my passive skills.


- View of the item I believe is the culprit, but it was working as intended for at least an hour before the bug occurred.



- Hovering over the energy shield display shows the following information: Recovery per second: 0
Recharge per second: 0
(Life Recovery per second: 2.2)



-View of my passive skill selections. Most recently gained the attribute for +5 dexterity in the outer ring.
