Witch with Chaos-Build

First of all: I am a casual player and always play what I feel like playing. And I certainly haven't understood or exhausted everything yet. Just to make this clearer in advance.
I have tried my hand at a Chaos Witch... but unfortunately it's the same here with chaos damage as in POE1. Chaos damage doesn't do much and at some point everything else continues to scale up (i.e. in the endgame) but chaos damage stops and doesn't scale. In addition, leveling as a Chaos Witch is a nightmare, as there are hardly any skills that do Chaos at all. I've now rerolled everything there too and gone to fire because the minions are - let's call it “just not good”. I would definitely like to see more love for chaos damage here. More skills, more parity with the other elements (so that it continues to scale like EVERYTHING ELSE in the lategame) Last bumped on Dec 9, 2024, 10:57:59 PM

"how I made it work for me is adding curse duration ,area coverage, and hinder /wither,lots of spell and chaos damage if you can get a +2 chaos wand and spell damage on amulet that well also be a major boost I just started feeling ok against bosses at around 600-680 dps. I DO IT FOR THE BOOTY!

what level are you? I'm 33 now and it feels pretty good, I am worried it wont scale to endgame though. I feel like i've had to fight and claw my way to get to a point that doesnt feel awful. I think they expected people to all go minions on witch. My minions do like 2dps and all my dps is in essence drain x contagion
