Boss didn't spawn. Trial of the Sekhemas level 52

Was doing a level 52 trial of the Sekhemas, first boss didn't spawn, I'm just stuck in the area alone https://imgur.com/a/e0bg6NK

Likewise, this has just happened to me in a lvl 61 Trial of Sekhemas.

Same here. Was doing a Lvl. 38 run. Boss did not spawn. Had a similar issue with a type of mob (the one that crawls out of the floor and look like a rock.)
Did not spawn firs, but after 3-5 doge rolls It spawned. Did not help for the boss sadly

Additional information:
I'm playing as a Deadeye. Active buffs are Herald of Thunder, Herald of Ice, 3 stacks of Wind Dancer, 3 stacks of Herald of Thunder.
Major boons: Ornate Dagger, Orbala Statuette
Minor afflictions: Sharpened Arrowhead, Shattered Shield
Honour: 2922/2922
199 Sacred Water
5 Bronze keys
2 Silver keys

Teleporting out, taking the waypoint back to Trial of Sekhemas and then entering the boss room again made him spawn.
