Flickering at act 3 - UTZAAL AREA

Moving around through this area and the game just start flickering, some textures just disappears and appears again into a second

happens to me too, only started in act 3. restarting fixes it temporarily. |

Same issue. Setting textures to medium seems to have fixed it for now.

Im also getting weird flickering artificats at the sideswept marches

Same. On xbox, tried different settings and nothing helped.
