Elemental Expression isn't showing in the Support Gemcutting menu

When I open the support gem cutting menu, I'm not seeing Elemental Expression in the list of available skills. I can drag support gems onto it from the Skills menu, but I can't see the recommended gems for it.   Last bumped on Sep 2, 2025, 5:30:58 AM
