Sun Clan Relic Spawn Bug

Fought an Elite in Bone Pits that summoned creatures. Every creature I slayed that was summoned dropped the Sun Relic. I had a screen full of them until I picked up one of them, then they all disappeared. I didn't get a screenshot.

Also, all the bones in this area have collision except this guy:

Same issue. I got three of them. There was a rare osteodon? here with minions. The first Sun Clan relic dropped from a white enemy kill, the second from the rare, and the third from the last white enemy.
