Respec points missing

I respecced my char at the hooded one, unallocated a few skill points and hit Apply thinking I could come back to them after I checked my stats/equipment. I am almost positive I lost those points rather than them being available if I went back into the passive skill tree. Help! Character name is cleetusasscakes

It happened to me on the Act II version of the Hooded One on character Logen_Eightfingers. A buddy also had this happen to him, with the same Hooded One, today - Sticky_Young_Jun.

Same vendor, I also had an issue where I went to respec, it seemed to break the chain of nodes I had, so some were free-floating, some changes didn't seem to take, and when I went to try fixing it I seemed to have less points than before and I could no longer apply changes.
