"bubbling respite" quest act 3

waste of 30 mins full open map and i cant get how to do this quest in act 3 "Apex of filth" location.

Some of these quests are bugged, and the item you're looking for just won't generate in the area. I had this bug for Tinker's Tools, so I know that one is on the list.
Early Access be Early Access, I guess. Just submit a bug report and move on, you can always come back and get whatever rewards later. |

There's a lot of "non completed" Points of interest, at many points in the game. I got a lot of these in Cruel difficulty, despite finishing the "quest" or the optional boss fight. I don't even know if I received the "quest" reward (sometimes passive points, sometimes resistance, sometimes more Health), and there's not way to see.
Repeating the encounter doesn't clear the map marker. |

I wouldn't even really consider these "bugs" if they only happen on cruel difficulty. Remember Cruel isn't even supposed to be in the game, it's a temporary replacement for A4-A6. But if it happens in A1-A3 (for example Tinker Tools in A2) then yes, it's definitely a bug.

I think it is just the target not completing on the map. You can turn the Red Green and Blue mushrooms to a witch with cauldron and she gives you flasks. This interaction matches thematically the name bubbling respite.
