Increase regal orb droprate

I think all the itens complaints (and some of the difficulty complaints) would be solved if we there were more regal orb drops. Currently it is way to hard to craft an upgrade. Regal orbs are so rare, that only "perfect" magic itens are worth the upgrade.

As an example, I got a really good staff at lvl 4(+2 spell, 15% more damage for each element). I was only able to upgrade it at lvl 43, when I got another good staff from drops. To craft an upgrade for that lvl 4 staff i would need to first find/craft a magic staff with 2 good mods, then i would need to regal and hope for another good mod and in the end I would still need to get one more good mod from exalteds.

I am still using some low lvl rares with 3mods because i don't have enought regals to upgrade any of the possible upgrade rares that I find.

The idea to spend orbs while leveling to craft is great, but without the regals (that seems to be as rare as exalteds, or even more) it is just way too hard to get upgrades. In the end, it feels like it was much easier to craft gear while leveling in poe 1 since there were so many options to get rares and also better options to reroll magic bases.

I think if the regal orb drop rate was increased, the gearing experience while leveling would feel much better.

i get multiple exalted orbs but i often times i cant use them until i get a rare item im happy with

halfway thru act 3, i have used 3 regals,
but i have beeen WANTING to use so many more regals..
drop rate increase would tie in with crafting change.
