PoE2 - Act 2 - The trail of corruption

Hi support team,

Short description:
After porting to town the NPC does not move anymore. Not possible to finish the quest.

Long description:
At the step "Fight your way to the second gate and open it" I was close to the second gate. The NPC was already running towards the bridge to open the second gate. I decided to go back to town, retreated, opened town portal and gone through. Returning back the NPC stand aside to the portal but does not action anymore (looks stuck).

Same issue here. Ported to town now NPC is not moving at all.
