This enemy, Iron Sharpshooter, found in the Ogham Manor feels wildly over-tuned when put in the context of any other unit found in the same area. Nonstop staggers and the chunkiest hits along with them.

Agreed. Barrage of arrows to dodge away from only to be targeted by a laser that deals chaos damage and tracks. I've had a few really close calls with them where I basically had to dump my health flask into my face and then kill them after the laser stopped.

Yeah just got popped by a random blue pack with "hasted" in a4 HC. 1200 MoM, 600ES, 1000 Life
Nothing in the act had even got to my life pool and I died in under a second after turning a corner in Ogham's Manor. |

Don't forget to add in how almost 3/4 of the mobs in there turn into a stupid pool of bad stuff when they die or set to explode by preggy consorts.
