Time Portal keeps sending me to Cruel riverbank

How am I supposed to swap between the maps in Act 3 after beating the act boss? This seems very janky and bugged.

I am having the same problem I can't even get to act 3 vendors it just keeps sending me to riverbank I have killed that boss 4 times now.. The worst thing is you cant even tp out of Riverbank. The gateway is so buggy act 3 I am not sure why they even added it.

I'm confused AF by the end of A3, I suspect the riverbank actually is A4? Because I see people my level if I go to town, I also get the same rewards for beating bosses. So it's probably legit. It's just confusing AF and not explained at all. It just suddenly happens.
