Gaming keypads? E.g. Razer Tartarus Pro

Playing a Sorc and I definitely prefer WASD over mouse movement. But I feel I would prefer it even more if I had one of these gaming keypads.

Use the thumb stick for smooth movement, and have access to the keys for skill/spell activation and UI hotkeys. All the while I can use the mouse for the rest of the UI, where controller UX feels tedious and slow.

Anyone tried it with POE2? Is it worth getting one for POE2?
