Invincible monsters (POE2)

bear with me for this as I forgot what it's called, but I'm in Act 2 in Keth, and I clicked 3 times on the monsters that are locked in crystals to fight them, but before that they were bugging and attacking before I even unlocked them, they become vulnerable and I killed them, got my rewards, but now they came back to life and cannot be killed.
