Please allow duplicate character names

Even two days after release, I basically can't make any new characters for want of being able to come up with literally any names that aren't already taken. Please allow more than one person to use a character name.

Use a similar system to account names if you need with a hashtag unique identifier, but with over a million players all making multiple characters, it's almost impossible to make a new character now solely due to the name restrictions.

Do it. It is annoying as hell to spend hours in the character selection becaus of the name

I really don't understand why you added the number to the account name.

I really thought the idea behind it was the same as in D3 back in the day: "Same character names." But no, still the same sjdngfsodn as in PoE1

Make them unique per league the character exists in.
The problem with names being taken otherwise will just get worse.

When moving league to standart, set the name to expired when its already taken.

A unique name in the league will not change anything. You still have to faceroll over the keyboard to get a name, if you are not there in the first 10 minutes after the season launch.
