Can't access old act 3 to turn in idols to Oswald

Got to Cruel Act 1 with an idol still in my inventory, when I try to go back to Act 3 town all I can see is the post-time jump one with no NPCs

I am also having this same issue. When I beat act 3 and went into clearfall encampment on act 1 cruel, I went back and went through time portal on act 3. I was able to get back to the 200 bc time but now whenever i reenter the portal, can't go back to the previous time line and instead get put into act 1 cruel riverbank Bug Report ID: #4230079935

Same issue, i got to maps and cant go back to present day to talk to Oswald.. im stuck with the idols on my inventory and cant even sell or stash them...

I had the same problem, but if you travel to the first Act 3 instead of the cruel act 3, you'll be able to sell it to Oswald there!
