"Branching Bolts" bug, lack of info

Taking the Branching Bolts cluster gives 20%+20%+60%=100% of Lightning skills chaining an additional time, this should be visible on arc/orb of storms skill info, but those skills still show their default values of chain, i am not certain if that cluster even works, since it is hard to visually count the chains.
