UNPLAYABLE: stuck forever on manor ramparts loading screen

i'm on PS5. reloading doesn't work, and restoring licenses doesn't work. every time I launch the game it immediately tries to load manor ramparts and hangs there.

this has been persistent for the past 12 hours. essentially, it bricked my character and makes me feel like the game isn't ready to be played because who wants to invest time into something that might become completely unplayable?

uninstalling/reinstalling STILL doesn't fix this issue. character bricked after 18 hours. thanks GGG.
