Casting Mana Tempest does not work with Pyromantic Pact

It casts but nothing happens. All my damage comes from mana tempest.
Just spent all my gold to respec and now my character is bricked. Need 40k gold to respec but now I do no dmg so I can't farm gold. Last bumped on Dec 24, 2024, 11:57:17 PM

It is basically part of the first sentence of the skill gem. When you remove your mana, it does nothing for you. |
