Brain Rattler Not Causing Electrocution Buildup

I got a Brainr Rattler which says "All damage with this weapon causes electrocution buildup" but every attack I have doesn't trigger the build up. If it requires a electrocution build up skill (which by the wording it shouldn't) it doesn't exist for melee as far as I can tell.

I have a similar problem. Brain Rattler Studded Greatclub does not apply electrocution buildup when attacking. Perhaps this weapon will be nerfed and therefore the bug is not fixed.

Fix this weapon, this is the ONLY reason you'd use this weapon, lol. It's weak and slow besides the electrocution.
