poe2 bugs stack in act 1 cruel:clearfell encampmen

my character "bxbbzombi" tp back to act 1 cruel:clearfell encampmen and the game disconnected i login again and it says "An unexpected disconnection occurred" i cant play poe2 now
(by the way my other character witch no in act 1 cruel:clearfell encampmen can login )
