Candlemass bugged on Cruel difficulty?

He isn't dropping the green weapon passive book (or whatever bonus he is supposed to give) despite having the skull with the "+" label on the map.

he does drop it, but the map does not update
its a green item that gives 20 max life btw, not a skill book. |

bugged as well, cruel, possibly dropped book and i just clicked it but does not update map, so a bug one way or another at least. heh

same here, he dropped hp book on normal but not on cruel. Since hes not dropping the reward, I would assume thats why the map isnt updating.
