Cannot use flame wall skill

After leveling up Flame Wall to level 8 as a sorcerer, the tooltip doesn't show any information related to Flame Wall. It instead shows the tooltip of the previous skill that I opened the tooltip for. Also, I cannot equip the Flame Wall skill into my actions bar to use it.

Please note that this skill was working correctly at level 7 and that I meet all the requirements needed to use the skill (level 26, 61 int; I'm lvl 26 with 63 int).

Edit: After engraving another Flame Wall level 8 into a level 8 uncut gem, the skill works correctly, but only the new one. The old one is still "corrupted" and cannot be used.

Having the same issue.. Logged in today, ability was missing from hotbar. I checked skills, its still there.. when I try to drag it back to hot bar it is not clickable. Tried moving the gem around.. nothing changes.. I cant use it at all.

Lvl 27 Ranger

I have this issue also with ancestral warrior totem, was using it fine, and all of a sudden, its not on my skill bar and I cannot drag it from the skill menu.
