Sunder not counting as "hit"

Warrior's sunder doesn't work with devastate support when specced into titan "crushing impact" passive. Also doesn't work with splinter support. Both work when using earthquake but not sunder.

Edit: after testing it some more, i realized that it isn't a bug but that payoff skills cant break armor.
