Support mail not reachable

I have a problem and wrote the support yesterday at support@grindinggear.com, today like 1 day later I get a notifaction from gmail (which serious big company is using gmail?) that there was a problem delivering my email and they try to do it for the next 46 hours.

So basically the support is not reachable and my problem wont be solved soon.

What can I do now? Can we have a statement from GGG because of this problem with the support, will it be solved soon?

I have the same problem. Support is unreachable.
