I'm stuck loading the map THE TEMPLE OF CHAOS and getting repeatedly popped up on the login screen！

Firstly, my other characters can enter the game normally, and I have repeatedly verified and ruled out the possibility of issues with my device and software.
A.Step one, after clearing the map THE TEMPLE OF CHAOS, my summoner character received a reward and entered a purple portal with the same name. At that moment, my game crashed and I tried to log in again. Then I was able to log in to the game normally and arrived at the character selection page. B.Then I clicked to enter the game, and this loading interface appeared. The gear was rotating, and after about 3 seconds, it popped up directly, logging me out of the login interface. This keeps popping up repeatedly in THE TEMPLE OF CHAOS, no matter how I adjust the settings, it cannot solve the problem. However, my other game characters can enter the game normally without any problems, so I am sure that there is a bug in the loading logic of this map. It may be due to me being popped up after completing the level and unable to enter. I request assistance in resolving this issue, and if it is resolved, I am willing to spend an additional $1000 on this game. I have the same problem with my witch. I just completed the second trial in the temple of chaos. After spending my ascension points I tried to take the portal out which threw me out of the came and I cannot log back in.
PLEASE HELP :) |

This happened to me as well, completed the Trial of Chaos, gained my 2nd Ascensions points from the statue, then click the portal to leave, and it logged me out, and now I can't back in.

same thing happen to me after temple of chaos trail. However other people have reported bricking their character in other zones.

same for me, only difference is I died during the trial. Doesn't matter what region I pick, but if I create a new character it works fine.
