Matlan Waterways Map Bugged Layout- Exit Blocked/Can't Complete

I ended up having a map of "Matlan Waterways" in which the map closed itself off with terrain and would normally be unable to be completed.

I was able to bypass the blocked area, by using a Solar Orb through the terrain to slowly burn enemies, then use Lightning Warp to blink over the wall. Any character not using a blink or flicker strike, would be unable to complete this map and need to reset.

In the image you can see that I had explored the map in it's entirety up until the blocked area, and my character is standing just on the opposite side (the left) of the bugged terrain.
