Didn't get my upgraded stashtabs in POE 2

I bought 3 "upgraded stash tabs (in poe 2)" and didn't get any of them...
Moreover i already have 3 upgraded stash tabs from POE 1, and when im placing my items in these stashes it didn't show up on https://www.pathofexile.com/trade2

So i can't get my new upgraded stashes and i can't sell my items.

Ok i got my upgraded stash tabs, but still can't sell anything on trade site, my items doesn't show up..

ok, i understood. Im showing as "offline" but why? what i have to do to change to online?
