Witch cannot equip 2 Sceptres?

Did a search and didn’t see anything on this.
Is there a reason that I can equip a wand and a sceptre but not 2 sceptres. Am I misunderstanding something? Last bumped on Dec 8, 2024, 10:30:28 AM

No you cant, but i think a want and a scepter works.
