Could not overwrite executable with new patched executable

When I download today's update I get this message.
I have restarted my PC several times and still no change.
Does any of you have a similar problem?

I just did this and the game works

Rename, move, or delete PathOfExile.exe.

Rename PathOfExile.tmp to PathOfExile.exe.

Relaunch Path Of Exile."

Same thing happened to me just now.

There were two PathofExile files. One PathofExile and one PathofExile.tmp.

I deleted the PathofExile and made the temp file into PathofExile. Worked fine.

Hope this is not repetitive problem.

(I log in through game. Not use steam etc.)
