Plague Burst Bug Button just Greyed out, can't activate

Plague Burst active is just greyed out. It's one of my biggest burst and it is acting so sad right now. The last thing I was doing was discovering weapon switching and it caused this bug as I was switching with crossbow just for movespeed talent trees. It basically gets to 100% so it's still able to function but I can't activate it anymore as it is just greyed out.




Even if I remove the gem entirely it's still on the hotkey options on action bar. Tried replacing it with a different persistent buff and it's still hella bugged. As you can see I've replaced it with herald of thunder but the button is still there.



This might be a bug interaction with the weapon set system and is truly gamebreaking as I'm looking forward to main a poison pathfinder guy. Dunno how busy you guys are but pelase look into this.

Bumping this, also having this same issue. Recreating the gem does not fix.
