Cannot use Orb of Transmutation on normal item to upgrade to magic
tried on a normal wand, a normal ring , and a normal belt all with error "failed to apply item: the operation could not be completed" Last bumped on Dec 8, 2024, 4:16:40 PM

Having the exact same issue.

Someone in General said to try leaving the instance, so I went back through my dreadnaught portal with an alteration and it was working there.
Seems like A2 caravan might be the issue? |

yes working from another instance (ie, I went for lunch logout for few hours and login back)
