Not enough Spirit for Malice after inserting Vitality and having RS and Skeletons

I think something is not working right with this. I have sceptre with Malice (0 Spirit), Raging Spirits aura (30 Spirit), Skeletal Warriors (23 Spirit per Skeleton) and Vitality aura (20 Spirit). My total Spirit is 130.

If I put at first Vitality I have 130-20=110. RS is 110-30=80. Then if I summon 3 skeletons It's 80-69=11. So I'm still with 11 Spirit, but then for some reason Malice aura gets gray with exclamation point saying that "Not enough Spirit". But I've already spent 20 Spirit for Vitality, and I'm still with 11 Spirit.

The fun part is when I switch Vitality to my RS gem, it's fine, it's working with the same 11 Spirit left, and I get no error.

EDIT: It can be any minion, Skele Archers cause the same error, but IF I have at least 20 free Spirit, Aura is still working. So it seems it takes 20 Spirit for reservation and it's still checking if you have another "free" 20 Spirit. Or maybe it changes the Malice reservation from 0 to 20.

I'm having the same issue.
Malice has a spirit cost for some reason. Has to be a bug
