Cannot use Earthbound Voltaic Staff Spark Skill

This staff grants Ligtning Ball and Spark skills but somehow it only shows Lightning Ball on the skill panel and I cannot move Spark skill from Skills list

i have a lvl 2 spark gem. earthbound provides level 3 but i cannot move it to my bar, thus forcing me to use the lower level skill and my support gems on it. |

The Spark granted from Earthbound can't be manually casted--it's only triggerable. You can still link it with any applicable support gems (not Unleash, for example, since that only works with spells you cast yourself)

" а) yes it is "Trigger Spark Skill on killing a Shocked Enemy" b) it is showing stats when you mouseover the spell in your spellbook, only detailed description is missing which could be considered as minor bug c) yes it is, just tested |
