Sekhemas Relic has a possibility of an invisible mod

I got a magic relic with 0 mods on it. Copy pasting it didn't show any hidden mod text or anything.


I assumed it might have had no mods at all, but then I added a mod to it with an Orb of Augmentation, which gave it a single mod. Trying to use a second Orb of Augmentation, however, gives me the error message "Item has no space for more Mods", which implies there's always been an invisible mod on it.
