Magma Barrier - Does Shield Charge count as rising shield?

In the description of Shield Charge there is "While chargeing your Shield is raised". Have anyone seen the efect of Magma Barrier after using Shield Charge?

From my playing, raise shield and resonating shield activate magma barrier. shield charge does not.
