Crashing in second room of act 2 Sanctum

I can't progress the Sanctum trial in Act 2 due to constantly crashing in the room with the lever

Game just freezes up, then after a few seconds crashes to desktop. The client log doesn't have much useful information, aside from the following line a few seconds before the crash:

Adding to this, my guess is that those lamia/snake creatures are causing the crash, as I managed to get a layout without them and complete the room successfully, only to crash in further rooms. I logged on to GeForce NOW, completed the trial and noticed that I've only seen those creatures when using GFN, they likely crashed me offscreen while rendering or using a skill while using my own PC.

Wish the client.txt log would give more information, i noticed that the messages I posted above happened 1-2 minutes before the crashes, so it's likely not the cause of the crash. Sadly there is nothing more in the log file aside from that.
Another crash, this time in the Keth zone, i did see some "Serpent Clan" mobs which might be the cause, but not sure. Also this itme found this in the log:

Managed to catch this a few seconds before the crash as well

2024/12/08 13:25:54 140436203 93b1a151 [CRIT Client 6560] [RENDER] Shader uses incorrect vertex layout (expecting 0x28)

Also after loading the same area again in GFN, i can almost certainly confirm that the crash happens whenever there is a Serpent/lamia mob near me. I seem to crash before actually seeing it, so it likely happens when it spawns. Not just a certain mob, every mob that has this half-snake half-human model.

same bug here, i can't complete sanctum because of the crash. I crash 100% of the time whenever I fight the second-floor bosses, and the boss slams a massive hammer on the ground.
