Jiquani's Machinarium from the other side

When you enter the Jiquani's Machinarium from the other side (From Jiquani's Sanctum) I feel like all the doors should open. It is impossible to backtrack to that area if you forgot the boss with permanent buff there, you'd have to fully clear the zone again (look for cores etc) which seems unintentional and just an overlooked detail.
