Graphical bug on monsters

Since act 2, all monsters except bosses have had a distortion effect on the models. Vertical black lines, as if they're being summoned or spawned in, or like they have some kind of in-game effect.

I've tried changing graphic settings, primarily textures, lighting, and upscaling.
I've tried changing renderer.
I've updated my GPU driver to the latest version.

But it's still there.

have the same visual bug , but started on act 3

I as well have the same bug. Running a very high end system and tried changing most if not all settings to see if anything would help, so far have found nothing.

Same issue here. Started around mid a2. Tried changing settings/changing GPU driver version/restarting PC. The bug dissapeared after logging in again the next day but has reappeared since.

PC Specs:
GPU: RX7900 XTX
CPU: 5800x3d

E: I can confirm the graphical effect goes away when turning off overwhelming presence. Looks like it's completely tied to the gem.

same problem I think it started mid 2nd act.. changed settings in game, reinstalled gpu drivers repaired game on steam but nothing

same issue for me too, tried changing various settings but it persists. also appears in act 3.

Same here, I hope they fix it as soon as possible.

I am having the same thing

Also experiencing this. It only seems to kick in once the mobs see you and go into combat. Until then, they all look normal.

System Details - 7800X3D + RTX4090

Edit - I think I've figured it out. I'm using Overwhelming Presence as one of my spirit gems, and the effect goes away if I turn it off.
