Bug with Adaptive capability - Mercenary Gemling Ascendancy

The node that lets you satisfy attribute requirements, won't let you upgrade skills. EI: I have 121 str, bug can't upgrade my skill to lvl 8 as it requires 30 something dex. Seems unintuitive, that i have to respec my attributes to upgrade my skills.

Yeah, im having the same issue, you need to craft new gem, but the unlocked support slot will not follow, so you need extra jeweller
