Cast on Freeze broke socketed Comet gem

I was using a Cast on Freeze with Comet Gem.

Somehow, the Comet gem has become bugged.
I had toggled "Used with weapon set" at some point, and then attached Frost Nova to the Cast on Freeze gem.
I then went to go test this, and noticed Comet was not casting.

I created a new Comet gem, and this one seems to work as expected.

When I equip both Comet's, the bugged Comet does not show any DMG number, and the information panel takes the information from that last viewed gem (I.e. I open Frost Wall information, then go open up the bugged Comet, this will show Frost Walls info).

I have the same issue with Cast on Freeze - it seems it bricked my cold snap gem because when I take it out and try to slot cold snap in any other slot this is the "details" page for it:

Gem is completely bricked because its not even showing as available skill anymore even if slotted seperately.
